Der Film ist das Ergebnis eines Experiments. Ich lud Filmschaffende ein, auf der Grundlage eines Scripts, (generiert durch einen Einblick in mein Portfolio) die Anderen des Teams zu überraschen. Jedes Departement war ausdrücklich darüber informiert den andern Departments keine Rechenschaft abliefern zu müssen. Der entstandene Film ist das Ergebnis der Umstände der Arbeitsgemeinschaft. Es geht um Autorschaft & Arbeitskonditionen und ob Willensfreiheit immer das beste ist oder überhaupt möglich ist. Die Dreharbeiten gelten für mich als Untersuchung wie man spontan mit den Entscheidungen umgeht, die als Folge der Rezeption Anderer auf meine künstlerische Arbeit zum dramaturgischen Element des Films wurden. Ein souveräner Umgang mit der Arbeit, die einem entgleitet sobald man sie der Öffentlichkeit darbietet ist eine künstlerische Realität. Die Arbeit ist so angelegt, dass schon die Mitproduzent:innen eine entscheidende Rolle einnehmen. Deswegen war ich gleichzeitig Produzentin und Protagonistin. Einerseits konnte ich alles entscheiden - andererseits auch nichts. So wurde auch ich erst beim Dreh zum ersten Mal mit meiner fiktiven Rolle konfrontiert.

The film is the result of an experiment. I invited filmmakers to surprise the others in the team on the basis of a script (generated by an insight into my portfolio). Each department was explicitly informed that they did not have to give an account to the other departments. The resulting film is the outcome of the circumstances of the working group. It is about authorship & working conditions and whether freedom of will is always the best or even possible. For me, the shooting is an investigation into how to deal spontaneously with the decisions that became a dramaturgical element of the film as a result of the reception of my artistic work by others. A confident handling of the work that slips away from you as soon as you present it to the public is an artistic reality. The work is designed in such a way that the co-producers play a decisive role. That's why I was both producer and protagonist. On the one hand, I could decide everything - on the other hand, I could decide nothing. I was only confronted with my fictional role for the first time during filming.
